Change sprockets 530 to match 17" gsxr wheel.

Hello again = )

So gsx750 1981 orginal is 15-42 teeth sprocket right?

When you are changing for 17" wheel 160/60rz17, then you need 17 - 47 530 chain?

If you have 16 front then you can have 45 rear?

What is the best to match to the orginal?

its recommended to go with the bigger front sprocket as it gives more chain clearance at the front of the swingarm pivot area.

What @TonyGeesays is right & very important. Also bear in mind that as you are changing the chain pitch the diameter of the sprockets are smaller even though they have the same number of teeth.

hello i have done this to a gsx750.i run 17 48.it go,s well
