*taps microphone* is this on?

The reasoning is because I want a captive rear calliper without the torque arm, better chain adjustment options and a swinger that is a little deeper.

I was led to believe that they are a direct fit but I'm not so sure.. If the collective wisdom on here can't help I guess I will have to buy one and see and then hope I can flog it after if it doesn't.

Because I didn't know it would fit?

So 3 questions about that then, can I keep my shock (just splurged on a Ohlins)

What else do I need to change? I.e top frame mount?

and Can I get the black anodising off?

I haven't heard of anyone fitting a water-cooled 1250 Bandit s.arm on one of our bikes, it's all been more modern GSXR stuff, the odd Busa arm and very occasional  R1.

You'll be the first ! - unless someone knows different ?

The arm is the right width at the pivot the pivot bolt is 22mm od instead of 20mm so will need sleeving the shock would need similar mods to fitting a busa arm which has a how to on here somewhere, The k7 gsxr 1000 is the arm I've got sat on the floor in the garage waiting to fit to my 750L along with loads of other stuff.
