main output shaft seal leak

1986 gsxr1100 .     have changed the main shaft output seal behind the front sprocket 2 times now , can’t understand why it keeps leaking ,   have a brand new spacer that runs on the seal itself, has new o ring on shaft.  it also looks like it’s leaking on the outside edge of seal where it presses into the engine casing

is their any damage to the cases ?

Movement on the output shaft, output shaft bearing got wear?

can’t see any damage to the casings,  shaft movement (bearing wear) was looked at by a mechanic who thought it was fine

if theirs nothing obvious then if you fit a new seal then use some grey 3bond round the outer edge.
