Turboing teapot engine

I'm getting many left over parts for "lower boost application" and I have a spare teapot engine and slingy frame.

I was wondering how much power/boost can that thing take? I know the weakest link is helical primary gear which goes kaput.

Also is there a cheap way/how to make clutch hold more horses without lockup? Plan is to make a "cheap build" and with mild boost.

Maybe uprated slabside 1100 clutch springs could help a bit ?
