But as long as you use the intermediate gear that matches the starter you can use either a GSX or EFE one on either engine …. The ratio was changed on the EFE to help with the extra CC,s..... Was / Is a popular upgrade to fit the EFE motor and intermediate gear on tweaked earlier engines ... 1 Quote Link to comment
