rodneya Posted June 3, 2022 Posted June 3, 2022 I'm setting up my Koso gauge on my now running Katana 1100 and need some input on what to set the temperature warning lights to. I have an oil temp sensor and a head temp sensor hooked up. For the oil I was going to set the warning at 270f (130deg C). What does the cylinder head get to? Is 400f (2-- deg C) too much? Stock crank with 1170 kit installed. What should I keep the max revs to? under 10k? Quote
Reinhoud Posted June 3, 2022 Posted June 3, 2022 My big bore GS1000 gets about 130 degrees C at the head after a proper ride. Winter or summer doesn't seem to matter very much, must say I'm not riding below 10 dgrees, Yes I'm a soft c*ck Quote
