Been001 Posted March 21, 2021 Share Posted March 21, 2021 Hi, Relatively recently I purchased & restoted a GSX750E and I'm having trouble identifying the year of manufacture. According to the log book it was imported from Japan in 88 and the year of manufacture was 84. But, as far as I'm aware the last year these bikes were made was in 83. To muddy the waters the frame number (GS75X110084) is only 11 digits long and gets rejected by a Suzuki database search. Can anyone help? Quote Link to comment
Gixer1460 Posted March 21, 2021 Share Posted March 21, 2021 I would concur on 83 being the last model year so the 84 is likely wrong unless it was really late production! Modern database searches won't work with non 16 character VIN's, a Suzuki dealer should be able to assist! Quote Link to comment
