Pudzrx Posted November 21, 2020 Posted November 21, 2020 I recently bought a katana gsx1100, a bit modified , a bit original. There were a few things that needed addressing, rear height , wound the yss rear shocks up as high as they would go. No indicators , a work in progress but getting there. And stock rear mudguard too long , so rather than chop a 150 quids worth of rear muddie I got my dad to make a fibreglass shorty the same as the jap ones made of cf. Btw , my dad , now 90 , made parts for Concorde et al at British aerospace for 30 years . Hope you like. Puddy 10 Quote
Blubber Posted November 22, 2020 Posted November 22, 2020 Cool that your dad still likes to tinker Quote
Pudzrx Posted November 22, 2020 Author Posted November 22, 2020 Yeah too true. All back together with these neat little wing type led indicators fitted to the front , the front fairing has been painted and filled in. Puddy Quote
Muddy Posted November 23, 2020 Posted November 23, 2020 You gotta be happy with that. Your old man did a great job on that rear unit. Quote

Yeah , he has made a bonnet and bootlid for my mk2 cortina, and a complete one piece tailpiece for my zrx kwak amongst many things in the past. Puddy 1 Quote
