suzuki11e Posted February 21, 2020 Share Posted February 21, 2020 Is it normal for the 3 alternator wires to get warm / hot at the point where they plug into the main harness under the front seat. BigT Posted February 24, 2020 Share Posted February 24, 2020 Corrosion at that connection and probably many more Clean every connection and switch before you have a melt down #2 reason is a bad R/R. Check the voltage at the battery at rest, idle and 3500 rpm. Shouldn't exceed 14.2 V Quote Link to comment
