manden
they know m8. because they back cut all their own bikes. i have just seen 4, 6 and 8 degrees. just wondered how much is best on these transmissions and looked for experiences before milling my new used gears. 8 degrees just sounds like alot to me Quote Link to comment
dupersunc
4 degrees is plenty, more and you take the edge off the dog too easily, and it makes shifting slower. You normally only start pissing about with this stuff if you have other issues. Quote Link to comment
manden
true. i got an decent transmission off of eblag, and is just trying to see how i can make it better. i also have a quisck shifter that goes on in the winter and a mappable ignition with pencil sticks. hope for almost "modern" shifting Quote Link to comment
