Rncv Posted February 8, 2019 Posted February 8, 2019 Hi All, I’ve got a 750 GSX ET which has bandit 6 forks/wheel fitted and handiling wise everything was lovely until.... I’ve changed the foot position so it’s further back and up. Now I have an issue where the front end feels like the tyre is flat. Theres definitely more weight over the front end now the seating position is naturally further forward, how can I sort this? I’ve checked the tyre pressures, air gap on forks and wheel bearings but all seem ok?? I tried fitting spacers in the forks but it’s made little difference... Am I looking at forking out for 9.0 linear springs? Quote
wraith Posted February 8, 2019 Posted February 8, 2019 I found soming similar when I had b6 front end on my GS1000, first i increase the air in the tyre to 43psi, then I put gsx600f springs (or that was what I was told they where) in the b6 forks, that set up worked a treat. Latter on i put a RF6 front wheel in, straight drop and a 3.5" rim. Quote
stretch Posted February 11, 2019 Posted February 11, 2019 Would putting in a different length spacer be a worthwhile stopgap? Just pvc pipe. Quote
