Cheers for the replies chaps. I'm not 100% sure which model the rear wheel is off, all I can say for certain is that during mockup the front sprocket was roughly 10mm out from the rear. The rear wheel is central in the frame, should have the engine central next week sometime. 15/48 sounds about right, it looked to give the best performance on gearing commander.

So I'm building a rigid framed bike, I'm using a gsx1100f engine with a gsxr 180 rear wheel. The engine currently has a 15tooth sprocket and the wheel has a 43 tooth one. Now I'm going to have to offset the front sprocket only I'm not sure by how much yet, probably about 10mm I reckon. Anyway, I was wondering what size rear sprocket people recommend? Should I go up to 48 teeth? Or even 52? What pitch do people recommend 630/530/525/520? And why? I've used gearing commander .com to get and idea, but wanted actual real world advice.

OK, so my project bike uses a gsx1100f engine. I have the loom for it but no CDI. Can I use a cdi from another gsx1100 suzuki? Like a gsxr or a bandit ?

What is the bore size on a gsx1100f rear brake master cylinder size? The one I got with my project says 1/2 on it, find it odd that a Japanese bike would have an imperial size master cylinder. Is this the correct size?

I'm wanting to fit an internal throttle to a custom build that uses a gsx1100f engine. It has 25mm movement from closed to open and I want to make sure it will open the carbs fully

Bit of an odd one, but does anyone know how far in mm the throttle cable moves from closed to full throttle?

This is a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone knew the bore or piston size in a gsx1100f clutch master cylinder? I don't have one to measure myself, otherwise I would.

It'll get loads of street time once it's built. I'm chopper Club, so thousands of miles per year in all weather, no excuses.
