If dose not work, use a bigger hammer and some gasket sealant.

Hello
in Oil Cooled
Welcome to oss, def a one off bike
-
The UK pilot jets are 37.5 on a b12.
-
I have seen/used gs500 twin sprocket career on a gsx1127 rear wheel, also used a gsx1100f on a gsxr (5.5") wheel but don't know about a b12 wheel.
Hope this may help some how.

Welcome to oss, nice looking gsx. I would keep the led inds but that's me lol.

I had a gsx1100f motor in a gs550 once, had to cut the bottom frame rails to get it in, ran the standard 15t front and 52t rear. B12 carbs will work, but the b6 zorst will not fit as they are a bit short.

They all do the same job mate, the only thing you may find on some is they have a fuse inbuilt, but I have used Suzi, kwak relay's off GS,gsx, gsxr and off z on ever my GS the kat and lots of previous bikes.
Main thing is some have a earth wire plus the starter butten, some just have a stater butten and you earth it to the frame or run a earth wire to one of the bolt holes.

If it's bogging down below 3000 rpm it will be the pilot screws that need setting or the o rings need replacing, as main jets and emulsion tubes don't come in till after 3000 rpm. Saying that a race can will altar the jeting.

looking forward to seeing some progress on this one.
Yes, you know how it gos sometimes you start something and then other bits of live and bikes get in the way

Agreement with the above, disc bobbins or pins.
Grab the disc (where the pads sweep) and see if their is any movement.

Come on mark, you know you want to have a go at getting a 600 running with filters ? They'll tell you how :-
Must say that would be handy as I will be getting around to getting back onto the 550 kat project that has a b6 motor and will be running filter's

have you ever visited the bandit forums? front end swaps and indicators......... I kid you not.
I had a look at one of them, thinking there would be some nice trick bandits on there but hayho it was a idea but I did find a good wiring diagram for relays for twin spots

Welcome to oss,
good bottom end torque motors the gsx1100f, very similar to the gsxr1100 motors but with 34mm carbs and softer more bottom end cams, a lot of the gsxr bits will fit the gsxr motors carb, cams, zorst downpipes etc. You can get carb refurbishment kits off flybay or give rodinson a bell for the better oem seals and you get 10% off with them, when you tell them your a oss member

My i 4.5" with a 160 on. But remember the newer rims is 5 bolts for brake and chain and you also need new spacer for both sides
Well your not going to put a 180 on a 4.5" rim
-
I have used a gsxr750k slingshot 17/4.5" 160 tyre.
I think the b6 rear wheels are a 4" you can get a 160 on them but come with a 150 standard
