anyone have any hints/tips info mk1 1200 carbs stock motor dual k&n filters open-ish pipe fitted 155 mains lowered c-clip to last notch added extra waser under c-clip to raise needle that bit more air screws 2.5 out bike fine on tick over wont rev up i have 150 main jets spare any info on what i can do to get it running without out dyno kit and rolling road time

yeh there threaded but mine i put nuts on back

i have 2 sets of efe foot rests no pegs or levers

just found a set of old 600 gsxf carbs and they have exact same brass jet in float same size shape and hole size so ill replace all missing ones with these thanks for help lads

i think cc has it spot on just checked and the brass jet fits into same as pictured only problem is all the others are missing and only have 1 shouldnt be a problem should it if all are missing ?

all my float bowls have the brass screw in jet at the bottom same as that picture on the link you put up. its not the float valve pin pictured its the brass pin next to it i took a photo like that for size comparison it was just sitting in bottom of float bowl 2 and ive stripped these down and theres now where it would fit i think its fell in there on a previous overhaul from last owner.

the others dont have this piece ive fully checked them over all jets removed ect no sign of any others having this cant seem to find a part schematics for these carbs either on the net

ive looked over the other carbs and cant see anything similar in any of them

stripped down my carbs found a brass jet in carb 2 just sitting in the bowl no size on it no thread either cant seem to find where it from looks like it will just sit inside not even sure if its from these carbs
