Update… ISR made a one-off rear disc for me… it took many weeks to get the BCD (Bolt Centre Diameter) for the unusual 7-bolt fitting from Dymag… multiple e-mails & ‘phone calls…
measured everything multiple times, and sweated over the offset as it had to be pretty much within 0.1 - 0.2mm to fit… Happy that it all fits as required

Damn - just discovered that the Öhlins/AP Lockheed front end was originally intended to fit a Kawasaki ZX10… but now bolted to a Harris frame… I guess that this falls out with the confines of Oldschool Suzuki… pls delete my account ASAP

So after a bit of an expedition up north, i have acquired some of JB's Moto Martin.
I dont think ill call it Martin, Ill call it Brian
Anyway long term project this one, good starting point, and the R1 suspenders from the 7/11 I was doing, mostly fit.
the back wheel slotted in and the front just needs new sterring head taper rollers...
The Frame is 62mm I/D, slingy stem needs 25mm top and 30 mm bottom, but luckily 25/62/17.3 mm and 30/62/17.3 mm are readily available, all be it a bit pricy
Always liked Moto-Martin’s… I remember decades ago (early 1980’s) when I lived in Newbury I was out & about one evening.. to the south of Newbury & on the then A34 (way before the bypass was built) is the Carnarvon Arms PH… early evening, and outside were parked three immaculate ‘bikes… a Bimota (SB4?), a Harris Magnum & a Moto-Martin… a stunning line-up!!
Thought at the time that it might have been a magazine out for a bimble… too young & whatever to go into the pub & ask!! -

Looks like nice machine work.
The alloy swing-arm spindle locator-plates(?) were made when Gav @ GIA converted the old concentric (eccentric?!) chain adjusters for a more conventional set-up.
The guys that machined the new spindle (see earlier post) matched the end-plate to Gav’s work
p.s. I need to find someone who can make a rear disc to match that in the picture - the old one went when I sold the old Dymag’s ...

Mods, please don't delete this stuff, I've had similar posts deleted in my threads, it's useful for the OSS community.
Yup... I posted the link as I see it as a useful resource for other builders...

Rear engine mounts back from being machined by;
Based in Filton, Bristol... Getting them making me a replacement rear wheel spindle too, as the original.... well, let’s just say it’s my OCD kicking-in again!!

Update: still making progress (?!)... now waiting on a couple of spacers to make sense of the rear mono-shock linkage, a couple of rear engine mount bolts, & a couple of pieces getting chromed....
should all be back this week ..
