There are two sorts of carriers one with a diameter 160mm the other 180mm.
The small one was used for the 750 and slabby (3 spoke 1100) the other
for the 1100, and later 5,5 rims

Thin tubes m8, maybe what you say is true, but many do that, maybe is it between the ears....but if you are used to flexy frames that wouldnt be a problem..

Dj mains something like 150 would be a start in the good direction

180 fits fine, michelin 170 or 180 on the same rim doesnt have that much difference, I ve tried both

Just put a 1100f engine, has 36 bhp more... haha

The vfr ones are mounted inwardly, the ducati ones outwards.

I dont think that + 12k rpm is doable on theese engines not for long anyway, is not only piston speed but also their weight of the components, everything has to go lighter, it want be cheap and no way it will not granade its self on 14k

Yes bandit 12 exhaust will fit, but the rear mount maybe needs re-placing

You can easy use the vm,s bored out to 33 them are very good.
People forget that cv,s although stated as lets say 36mm have the butterfly in the way witch actually makes them 2mm smaller

Late models 90/91 have 2mm longer shaft.
Anyway the chain will clear the frame and tyre with the right spacer.
The torque arm not always, but if you trim 2mm from the caliper ear from the inside and a 2mm washer on the other side you ll get enough clearance.

Nice, as said welds must be spot on.
Length is a matter you really need to consider.

Yes, and tl, srad also.

If its a slabby 11 you will need change of bearings on the slingshot wheel and 2mm shave on the outside of the speedo driver in order to line up.
You can use the sligshot discs but you will have to install the slabby calipers first without pads and then put the pads on, de assembly on reverce procedure.
If slabby 750, can be done but you will need calipers from a 11 and the rest as above.
For complete front swap, suzuki has the same stems but maybe you will need a match top headstock bearing.
Also maybe new turn stops have to be made but that depends on the front you will use.
On the rear, a 5.5 goes right in but you will need to use the caliper and hanger as a set with a mix of spacers.
Also you will need to shave 2mm on the inside of the calipers torgue arm ear to get a sufficient clearance.

A sump from any oil boiler will fit but you might have exhaust clearance issues

Yes, 1052 liners can be bored 2mm out and 1127 pistons can be fitted, it gives 1109 though cause of the stroke difference
