Re do paint n powder n polish and refresh my 1216 motor got a standard 1100m in just now and I've made a new seat unit starting with a card template then resin and fibreglass takes fukkng ages its my first attempt at making bodywork i have an electrostatic magic powder coating kit so trying to do most of the work myself but my oven ain't big enough for my frame

Big of manual bending but the ti is soft enough and the fit no bother seen a set done on both a gsx1100 st and 1100 slabby

Clear powder coat has just the same adhesion as any other colours goes on white and bakes clear tempted too do the same to my mag 2

This is the reason the Harris is taking so long keep getting distracted by either this or my ccm644
