I'm not 100% sure on that. If it's aftermarket rearsets you're looking for, it wouldn't be too difficult for somone to fab up a bracket to fit the later gsxr ones
Yes for sure , but how to expain this to German TUV ( technical control ) where U have discussions about this bracket
this is not original !
Do you have a strength report for the material ? has this also been official checked ? Do you have a release from Suzuki ? are there made test drives with official engeneer ?
For a single report you have to calculate with costs of € 50,- and more , only to have a chance that one of this fck... officers will check this suspicious part without guaranty that U will get OK . The cost for write this part into papers as road lagal will be another € 150,-.
And if you are unlucky, a cop of zero clue of matter has doubted the opinion of the TUV and will deprive you of the operating license, means end of trip, put bike on a trailor to bring back home . .Next is extraordinary control of a testing organization, whether this is also correct in order to regain the operating license plus administrative costs, of course at your expense.
If one then thinks that in other countries the EC , which is not handled in this way and therefore not the roads paved with corpses of motorcyclists, who died by such things, one hears only " we are not interested, we are in Deustchland and there it is, basta "
"Thinking of Germany at night I am taken to my sleep" ( Heinrich Heine )
bureaucracy in pure culture
we always look with envy to the UK, where, according to TUV, the roads must be paved with corpses of motorcyclists as they only drive around in the UK with defective vehicles
Of course there are ,as in every bureaucracy, because of appropriate " tips " to reach the goal .
A small cutout of 40 years to be a Biker here in our nice country , But in Austria I have heard, it is much more stupid ...

Hi
I am thinking about a Top End Oiler, self made with AN / DASH connectors and pipes ...
What should you pay attention to?
- stronger oil pump e.B from the GSX 750
- how should the diameter of pipes be DASH 4 ( 5,5mm inner dieamter ) enough ?
- what is the real advantage of the Top End Oiler ?My engine
- 1074ccm
- Yoshi stage I cams
- intake channels smoothed
- BSS 36 carbs from EFE
- stock airbox, given a bit more air :-)
- V&H 4/1 with race baffle
Cheers

Hi
GSX 1100E
3 x OEM 3 x HD springs and U have no broken fingers
I had the problem that my clutch in 4th and 5th slipped a bit , I changed 3 OEM with new ones and add 3 HD springs , plus new pads, and it works.
What makes the clutch more common is if you equalize the grooves in the inner basket a bit, they are usually run in.
I was already thinking about hydraulic conversion. does anyone have any experience with these aftermarket adapters ?
How much better is laying of the cable in the, called "Pussy Position" ( https://www.suzukiperformancespares.co.uk/product/ape-suzuki-forward-clutch-cable-kit/650/ ) ?
Cheers

Hi
I use from GSX 600f GN72a , I do not remember, may be some cable must be changed .
on right side I have also from GSX 600f
on my bike , but the light switch, I remember that 3 rd phase of generator is a bit tricky , I used a relay
for switch this 3rd phase if light is on ...
I Think also from other older Suzi models the switches can be used

Hi
My GSX 1100E 1992, 1074 ccm , new stock pistons , stock ingnition , coils GSX 1100F , Yoshi stage 1 cams , a bit polished / cleaned intakes , 36 BSS carb. ( EFE ) stock filter , 120 main jets, needele in middle, runs a bit fat, is a bit thirsty
I have V&H street ( called in Germany Eagle classic ) with "race baffle " from V&H .
1-4 gear until 10.000/min no problem , even want more, without hole good torque. top speed with steetbar without fairing on speedo from GSXR 750 ( mechanic with 17" wheels ) and Mercedes Speedo as references is 235km/hour + at around 9000/min , even can be a bit more...
Alterntive I have a L&W with bigger header diameters, there is a bit more torque , but the turning willingness is a bit lower, top speed is a bit lower..
Thats my impression from 40 years biking , no dyno tests
see here the bike with V&H
cheers

hi
stock clutch
centre basket ( from Alu )
equalize the incoming grooves , but not too deep carefully , then the gears go in and out better again
use new metal plates + new pads
springs
take 50% normal springs and 50% harder springs, place them always alternating, one stock, one harder
this is good for Ur arm
I have app 115 HP in my GSX 1100E , I had slipped clutch at 7000+ with stock springs , now I made like obove and it works, and good for my arm
Cheers

yes the fitting shoes to the bench LOLOLOLOL
just like this slightly ga.... hipster with beard and braid who find themselves so great and too stupid are to turn up a screw... they bring their coffee racers (with which they drive top styled to the coffee bar) or the scrambler , or the bobber, or who knows what great names the boys have for their mopeds, to the service ... if there kickstarter hits back is big howling, or the beautifully styled old norton does not start (what they always have so about ) , or even running out of oil, they are are so disappointed.....
also a fashion that goes over .... or am I too old to understand such new fashions, but I do not need, LOL
Cheers, take care ride your bikes and not only do so ....

Hi
I have
GSX 1100 ( 110X ) engine 1074ccm
web cam stage 1 intake cam
BS 36 carbs from EFE
120 main jet
needle in the middle
V&H 4/1 with baffle but not so much insulation inside
original airclaener with box
mixture 2,75 turns out
a bit more than 100HP on dyno
sparks have nice color
runs quiet well, no holes no, no stuttering, not like on the rubber band in all gears 9500/ min and more if I close throttle total at more than 6000/min I have rumbling but no bangs ( idle is at 1200/min ) intake is not untight I would say OK
is a bit thirsty
when you start, the cold engine , you have to be careful that she doesn't drown
cheers

for sure they do not care about rules in other countries , you are in Germany and you have to keep the German rules , as CC told Ordnung. Muss sein jawoll !! In Germany u have a Bit Space for negotiations, if u are clever and if u have the right papers , in Austria they open first ur wallet
I would not take the risk to have confrontation with a cop if u have a modified loud bike which is legal in Sweden , that at the end u can order a trailer .....
For example loud is per se illegal , but if u have the right paper , and the cop accept this paper , 100db and more can be legal ... if ur nose is not ok for the cop , u loose .
Best is not to see this guys and not drive on popular bike roads , as for example b500 in Black Forest , there u can be sure that u are the second winner .
In 70ies and 80ies was fun to drive a bike here , now it is political target to get bikes from the streets because bikes are loud too fast , bikes have too much accidents, to drive a bike just for fun is bad for environment, etc. etc. and such old and loud vehicles we drive should be forbidden..... that's the background
Cheers and happy new year
