1100 slingy are 760-750mm ish depending on year, 750 slingy are 740-725mm ish ive got a set of 735mm 750 l/m ones on my bandit and they were fine until I fitted a fatter cooler and went on a track, at full compression at the hairpin at Pembray with a fat bloke hard ( panicking) on the brakes the mudguard touched the cooler, if you are a small sized child and have a standard thickness cooler that should be OK.
I got over the problem by welding 2 top yokes together to gain back 20mm or so, of course there was a lot of Tut Tut'ing, and head shacking and " that will never last" " It will snap off and you will die""
How much height do you need is 20mm enough?? could weld a couple together?? ive got a couple of 43mm sling/bandit top yokes in the big box of bits I think
Funny old thing that was in 2008 and I think I can safely say it don't handle bad and its never snapped off and killed me

[I wonder if they do a jeans/drive/workshop floor fitment...as that seams to be where my oil ends up]
So your sump leaks like an old pussers submarine, dose it shipmate

the 2 gsxr 1100 sets ive fitted to bandits were 52mm top and 56mm bottom, swopped stems over in the yokes drilled and tapped 2 x 8mm holes for bolts for lock stops and in they went, then you can use the bandit 1200 wheel, discs, callipers, spindle and speedo drive, all you need is 4 x 2mm spacers to get the callipers to line up with discs, f you use slingy discs then you don't need them
heres some I made earlier for a 1200 mark 1 bandit, they were 1100 S 95 if I remember correctly

Yes i saw one a while ago, if they had them over here id buy one

if you have no starting point then lean against a wall and have a look the bottom frame rail should be parallel to the floor,ish....
lower the forks through until it looks right, then try it to see if its stable, that's how I did my 7/11 I was convinced it was all wrong as it looked like a moto crosser, but it wasent..

Have you seen the price of anythibg slabby!! And it will be at least 25 years old, i bought all the bandit stuff for just over a ton and its mostly 8 years old

Its soo much easier to fit an entire bandit loom switches and all the bits , so that everything just plugs in, if you start cutting and rewiring the cdi wiring it will probably introduce faults where you don't need them, when I did my Harris I got late model (Mark 2) bandit loom cdi ignition handlebar switches alternator and pickups, and leccy clocks as well, depends if you want the slabby clocks I suppose... It all plugs together and just works.

Silkoleene semi synth, in my 1216 bandit with 150 rwhp. But the best way to stop slip is genuine suzuki plates and one barnett heavy duty spring,

right did a bit more, swopped all the shinny bits over to the power screen 1216 engine, alternator drive gears different teeth, and as I want to keep all the leccy stuff plug and play, I swooped the gears, lick of paint and in go the alternator and starter motor, the neutral switch needs to be changed and that's it
