If you are confident that the charging system then with the motor running and light on start with one volt meter lead on the battery and then run the rest of the system starting with the starter relay, regulator rectifier, ignition switch, fuse box, ignition module, side stand relay and switch gear looking for a voltage drop, if nothing check the negative side of the of circuit for a voltage drop.

    GSXR 1100 uses an alternator with a rectifier so no need for your regulator rectifier.

  3. "A variable reluctance sensor (commonly called a VR sensor) is a transducer that, when combined with very basic electronic circuitry, detects the change in presence or proximity of ferrous objects." Used as ignition pickup on the end of the crank.

  4. You don't tee into them, just come off the brass hose tails that the hoses above the blue circled area are connected to. I think I have read some where that you need to wire the rubber connections between carbs, but not too sure.

  5. Swap inside spark plugs to outside, make sure vacuum hoses are plugged, if the plugs were black then try lean off the two inside cylinders on idle mixture screws.
