  1. Sorted mine. Break in wire that gives the coil a live feed from starter switch. Could be worth a look at your loom.
  2. If valve clearances are out of tolerance that can make it tap abit

  4. I have exactly the same project and problem. Just ain't getting a spark. Could be cdi unit.
  5. They are a pain to bleed. I had same problem. Try back bleeding as already mentioned
  6. Can anyone tell me the length of a mk1 b12 clutch push rod please so I can make one up. Cheers
  7. Dyna coils are good but if it's a stock motor then I would just stick with stock coils. That's just my opinion tho

    Ah okay. Could a 1200 cdi be adapted to the 750 loom??

    Hi. Putting a b12 motor in my 750 slabby frame. Just wondering if I can use the pick up out off the 750 motor and use in the 1200 so I can still use the cdi unit?? Tia
