snoorder Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 Ok guys, here's one for you. Upon cleaning and overhauling the Mikuni 38 mm carburators of my 1990 GSX-R 750 I found a tiny nozzle just lying in the float chamber. Below are some crappy pictures. I am quite sure these parts are supposed to be somewhere inside the carbs instead of swimming in the float chambers. But where, and what does it do? I can't seem to locate where they should go. Thanks in advance! Quote
Jaydee Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 Have a look at this recent thread. Bottom of first page, Cockney Rick found something similar rattling around in his carbs. 1 Quote
snoorder Posted November 14, 2018 Author Posted November 14, 2018 Solved within 15 minutes! I love this website! Next job is to put the nozzles back and figure out a way that they won't fall out again. Quote
