Gs1000 shocks

I have Progressive shocks on my 1000, they suck!

I have looked at Ohlins but can't swallow the $2000.00 value, yea I know they are supposed to be amazing but that's just too much.

So, I need to keep it around $1000 Cdn. Saying that the Gazi and YSS options are in that price range. I searched the web and most of the reviews talk about #onda groms.

So has anybody got any actual feedback for these shocks on the GS bikes?

Wilbers usa do some quality shocks for under a grand and they have a sale on at the moment. I'll be getting a pair for the wes

$939 Usd is $1200 Cdn. Exchange rate is murder right now.

Plus those Wilber's are emulsion shocks, I am looking for oil and gas separated, plus the piggyback look

Crap! Didn't realize your dollar was sooooo baaaaadd All the good piggyback shocks are expensive for good quality ones so I'll stick with the wilbers, after all I'm no Rossi

I got these 1994 GSX1100S piggyback shocks from Yahoo Japan for under $100 I think.....although shipping was far from cheap.

Look here at whats available today....Ohlins are a bit more affordable here.... If you can find a seller who will ship to you.

Lack of endless adjustment not a problem and the ride is still excellent after 10 years.

In talks with them right now, less than $900.00 Cdn. I like the fact that they are rebuildable and convertible to a piggyback later on if I wish.
