Captain Chaos Posted February 25, 2017 Share Posted February 25, 2017 Hi, my mate @Saulius is complaining that the rear shock on his 1100M is too soft. I told him the obvious thing (loose weight). His bike has a longer swingarm, he wants to lower the rear a bit but still keep it suitable for two-up riding, so he needs a 50% stronger rear shock according to his calculations. He could have a spring custom-made to suit his bike, but I guess then the damping caracteristics would be out of the window. Is there any off-the-shelf replacement shock for a Slingy 1100 which is harder, and not too expensive? Quote Link to comment
