JimJim Posted May 16, 2016 Posted May 16, 2016 Hey,I have a bandit with a gsxr engine Its grand up in high revs but not so good coming off idle to say bought half throttle the bike sounds very splutter then. the bike is running bandit carbs after been jetted but i was thinking it might be pilot screw setting or maybe setting the needle jet. If anyone has any ideas i would be grateful Thanks Jimmy Quote

Antman Posted May 17, 2016 Posted May 17, 2016 You should provide more details Carbs - size? Airbox, Pods? Does it have a Dyno jet kit fitted or other. This will help to get the answer your after. cheers Quote
JimJim Posted May 17, 2016 Author Posted May 17, 2016 Oh okay sorry so there carbs off a bandit 600 mk2 think they are 32mm the jets are 100 across all of them and i think the pilots are 35 I didn't jet the bike so Im unsure what kit the bike is running on a standard air box with the standard air filter Quote
Antman Posted May 18, 2016 Posted May 18, 2016 (edited) Are they BST carbs? Can you confirm that? Confirm size measure at intake rubber Side as there are many sizes of these carbs...... Remove the needles what position is the circlip on? cheers Edited May 18, 2016 by Antman Spelling Quote
