Compression testing

Quick question to the masses - when testing the compression on an oil cooled motor what psi would indicate a motor in good health and should you do the test with the engine hot or cold and throttle open or closed ?? Cheers nicely in advance :D

In my experience, 175+psi is good with no more than 10psi spread. Warm engine best although cold will give similar readings for diagnostics just a bit lower. ALWAYS throttle open!
