Gammaboy Posted June 16, 2017 Posted June 16, 2017 (edited) Allrighty, 300mm discs (RS250), SV650/Bandit 600 calipers mounted up: Got a little bit of work to do before I can test it out (sort out a broken rear spoke), but it looks nice. Adaptor drawing - sorry for the crop, fucked up pdfing the drawing. Maximum radius on the outside corners is 11mm. I wound up offsetting the RS discs 7mm (in addition to their 10mm offset) - this winds up with ~5mm less offset that the stock rotor, but you don't have to fuck around with offsetting the speedo drive. Does mean you have to put a 5mm spacer between the caliper and the fork leg on the upper mount. Don't recall the depth of the lower spacer off the top of my head, but it's the fork mount thickness + 5mm. Back of the calipers clear the spokes by about 3-4mm. Gammaboy Posted July 2, 2017 Posted July 2, 2017 (edited) Hey guys, just attaching an updated drawing - For some reason I'd drawn the GSX mounting holes at 71.5mm centres, they're actually 72mm. The 71.5 still works, just needs a tickle with a file. Here's a corrected drawing. Edited July 2, 2017 by Gammaboy 1 Quote
