Efe 1100 internal fork tube dimension

Gents,

Im after a small favour- not looking like I’ll be able to get to the bike for a few weeks to take the measurements.

Trying to order some cartridge emulators for my forks and need the internal diameter of the stanchions to get the closest size.

If anyone has a set of legs laying about they could pop the fork top off and measure internal diameter I would be very grateful.

I have an EFE (37mm OD) tube here, the ID of the thread is 31mm. A bit deeper (where the emulator would live) the ID is smaller but I can not measure that with my vernier calipers. I guess it's 28 or 29mm.

What beer are you drinking? My measuring gets less accurate when I drink , so I’d like to try some of yours.

I meant to say that i'll measure tomorrow because the beers cause my measuring to be less accurate this evening.

I have built something from Lego, it is a snug fit. 

the Diagonal size equals the ID of the tube. 

28,5mm.
