Anyone Swap 01/02 GSXR 1000 Throttle Bodies?

In the process of swapping in 02 1000 throttle bodies. Spacing is easy to fix as is the fuel rail. I'm kinda at a crossroads with the throttle linkage though. Keeping the same orientation as the 1000 has the throttle cables hitting the frame. I could rearrange the bodies to have the linkage in the center but this seems to create other issues. Has anyone adapted these bodies and if so, how did you solve the linkage/throttle cable challenge? Any insight appreciated, thanks!
