Katana 83 foot pegs fit an 81?

Question will later model katana foot pegs fit an 81 kat?

Pretty sure it does as long as you don't mix 650 or 550 Kat parts with 750 or 1100.

no they wont. the sz kat has rubber pegs, the sd models have the ally peg with the rubber top, the two arent interchangeable, at least the pillion ones arent. the riders pegs should be ok if you change them complete with the mounting brackets. but the fittings on the pegs are different between the two so strangely they arent interchangable. its one of the few physical differences between the kat frames.
