GS750 83 Folding Pegs on a 78.

Hi, I have searched for  an answer to this so I thought I"d ask.

I would like  to put folding front foot pegs on my 1978 GS750. Do the 83 ones fit when bought with the mounts?

Also, what happens to the rear brake bump stop?

Im finding that the 81"s have the required forward bracket mounting and the  hinge. The 83"s have the hinge, but, no rear brake stop, or forward positioning bracket.

I'd give it a go if you've found ones u think will fit , who needs a bump stop , what is that anyway ?  If it doesn't work sell them on , can't be much dollar's right

it wouldn't be hard to weld the tabs on for the stop
