Valve clearance

What is the correct valve clearance for a 1200 bandit I currently have 0.30 on exhaust and 0.25 inlet should I be looking for 0.12 inlets and 0.20 exhaust manual says 0.10- 0.15 and 0.18-0.23

Was wanting to know if it's better to set them the higher end or lower end of the range
