stoney1254
Hi all, anybody know what this is? Pulled the front sprocket cover off and the clutch push rod came out with it and couldn't pull it out. Removed the plate over the slave cylinder to find this on the push rod, some kind of disk with a magnetic plate on it. I've searched fiche drawings for oil cooled engines and cant find anything resembling it. Any ideas? Quote Link to comment

stoney1254
As its magnetic I did wonder if a previous owner had fitted to collect any metal filings to protect the seal on the slave cylinder? So your pushrod goes straight from the engine, through the thin metal plate into the slave cylinder? Quote Link to comment
