1052 cam chain timing marks

Hi all, Just finishing putting my motor back together and not quite sure about the timing marks, in particular the bottom ignition pickup. my haynes manual doesn't make it clear where exactly it needs to be? I have searched but can't get an accurate answer. It needs to be right first time obviously hence me asking for help.
