Foz Posted October 11, 2019 Share Posted October 11, 2019 Is there a common cause for the ES clocks not to work ? The bike starts and runs , the high beam light will Illuminate but nothing else. When I’ve put power directly to the clocks I’ve had the indicator and back lights illuminate . On one start up of the bike the tacho, oil and neutral lights briefly worked but not any more. I’ve even gone to the trouble of fitting a different loom which was in much better condition but the results were the same Quote Link to comment
Gixer1460 Posted October 11, 2019 Share Posted October 11, 2019 Sounds a power feed problem as all you've listed usually have power to one side and rely on switched earths to illuminate or turn off (oil, neutral for example) Tacho is three wires - power, ground and signal so not difficult system to fault find!
