Stem for 1990 GSXR750

I'm after a stem for a 90 750 slingy, to fit into some R6 5SL yokes. Wonder if anyone can help? Are slabside stems identical? Or rf6/900 stems? Just seeing what my options are as all the slingshot bottom yokes I've seen are stupidly priced.

Stems from the early air cooled GS range through to the last of the oil cooled  GSXR range are the same.

I wonder if I can make this easier/quicker by just using a set of slabside yokes bored to 43 for the 5SL forks.
