  1. I think what I will do is leave off drain plug and filler cap and oil filter for a few days then fill it up with new oil and let it run until it's warm then change it again with another new oil & filter...overkill but I will feel better. Thanks for the help guys
  2. Okay gotcha so with diesel install drain plug fill in required amount (same as oil amount) then drain? or just leave the drain plug off and flush it right through? just making sure. Appreciate the quick response
  3. I see a lot of different information on flushing an engine so I figured I better ask.
  4. I drained it. When you say flush should I just fill up with oil again and then drain that and trash it or just drain and refill. is there something in particular I should flush it with. Thanks
  5. Hey guys been a few with work but back to work on bike. Rebuilt carbs and filled tank put in storage for a week and got back out to work on and noticed fuel leaking out of carb so I knew I left prime on. Engine filled up with fuel also. How should I clean it out? Thanks for any help
  6. *Swapping regulators. Do the yellow wires need to be hooked up in any order to the new regulator? (see highlighted in attached wiring diagram photo) *Anyone know what gauge the wiring is? Thanks!
  7. I second on the 2k clear. I use it all the time and works amazing.
  8. Any suggestions on plug wires? I have a bad one so was thinking about purchasing some NGK racing cables. I see there are CR1 and CR3, which one of those would work or should I go with something else. This is the first time making a set so any pointers would be welcomed. My plug wires secondary resistance calls for 30-50 in manual and I had one set reading 23.8 and the other set in and out of 68.0. Coils were perfect & I have new plugs. Thanks
  9. Update...These worked great. Stayed away from the cheap kits. Here is link: https://www.Eblag.com/itm/361268466892?fits=Make%3ASuzuki&epid=171143182&hash=item541d4754cc:g:IEYAAOSwrw1cZaAi&amdata=enc%3AAQAIAAABEMxSEK2dGb11egs7jIHXYL55XPv6ZEv7KsRXdf%2FW3T8tg6nWc8KeIeAidvDtICIPhSW8Qy4pjHUCqIJ%2B1nLX9vm4KXLStUN9muifBB04M1bXvlLwJVvFx%2Br6CIksLPYk5iP2F26mIu5hJOZnco3VfQktgYz5JaaadreJd2sDsNKG1y7YqfJzhIASen4bJZ%2BwU0ztdFrMZhDVSW1xTjvxlr2odAYoBWfKjsn%2FKVVCTUTYD2x6dYY6RIey4gHZl8asKKTVB6VmpJsCuZWpJjB3XUZCOjcwRBqEgE%2Fm6e2h5JSpcTHWG41XWfAGzOZTNLB4KBQu7xVNqJeVhKH0XxUFAsXwOIUnKZKgwyKCSc8n4UPy|tkp%3ABk9SR8DytvuvYg
  10. Looking for carb rebuild kit for my BS32's. I looked online and through the forums and could not find any info. Does anyone have a suggestion on where I can find a kit and can I use another kit from a different year? Thanks
  11. Was looking for some help on hooking up my carbs. I'm not sure if the lines are routed the right way. I am getting no fuel to the carbs. The blue line with fuel filter I have going to the back middle (right side in pic) and the black line behind the blue line on back of petcock going to front as you can see it in the pic. Any help or a drawing would be much appreciated. Could not find any vids or pics online. I am learning as I go. Thanks!
  12. The wiring on the actual coils are: Coil #1 Top wire -- yellow/white Bottom wire -- orange/white Coil #2 Top wire -- black/white Bottom wire -- orange white
  13. Okay so I have new NGK wires and they are not marked. So I get the One coil feeds cyl 1 & 4 and the other does 2 & 3. But I don't get the White LT wire goes to coil 1, black/yellow does coil 2? Were the old wires marked? I did up a diagram so I can leave it online for others, I just need to connect the dots. Just need to know on coil packs. Which wires on coil pack #1 ( 1&4) are 1&4... ETC for coil pack 2. Hope that makes sense. I will update diagram once I have it. Thanks!
