  1. 630 was the order of the  day way back when but most 530s now have a higher tensile strength than any 630, other plus points are they are CHEAPER and lighter , depending on whay wheel/cush drive you are using there is probably a 530 rear sprocket to fit front is easy .

  2. Thanks Guys, All braided hoses manufactured from Hel parts to Hel specs using Hel approved equipment and process . Hel factory trained,  Dash 3 brake and clutch hoses made to your specs so any length and any fittings on the ends, all hose has a pvc cover available in 12 colours or clear , banjos in black, gold blue red green purple or stainless steel machine polished, I am under discussion regarding having banjos and bolts polished to SHOW standard.

  3. you can make any frame handle , its down to how much you brace it and set up  the angles, rake, trail ,swingarm angle ,are the most important ones but then you get into swingarm spindle height, rocker arm ratio, yoke offset , the wheels suspension , the difference made to my RK when I fitted ZX10R forks , yokes, wheel ,brakes and  amatching 5.5" ZX6R rear wheel was like night and day compared to the SRAD stuff I had in before, turns in super late and holds a line with ease.

  4. It depends which 750 you are talking about , its not just valve sizes , it is also port shape, Jack Valentine of V&M reckon'd the 750M had the best port shape of any oil cooled engine , my 2 884 one is an M the other an RK are both bonkers , both on flat slides and full race 4-1s , M never been dyno'd RK last time on was making 125 bhp , cant remember torque figure but it was running rich so there is more to come .I have a 750 WN waiting for a 907 kit and TMRs to be fitted when I get time

  5. the short stroke pistons don't fit the long stroke rods without reaming the little end by 1 mm and I wouldn't trust the rod then.

The rods don't swap over either , the heads don't swap across barrels , mating face is a different shape.

B12 liners could be fitted into 750 block as a cheap liner option , I must try this out, I have spare barrels to play with  .

I have thought about getting stepped or sleeved gudgeon(wrist)pins made to allow use of B12 or 1100 pistons or its get JE to do custom ones.

Piston kits are about £350 to £400 , new aftermarket liners are about £75 each plus the gaskets its cheaper to chuck a B12 motor in but I like the craziness of the 6 speed box as the ratios are closer together

  6. JE do a 955 kit , its not so much extra HP that you get as Torque.

I have an M with an 884 kit gas flowed head  RS 36's and a full Cobra system , never been dyno'd , well not since i got it.

And an RK with an 884 kit gas flowed head FCR39s and a full Yoshi system ,, made 125 rwhp last time on the dyno but there is more to come , the afr meter wasn't working so we couldn't get a reading , I am sure it is running rich and that the Yoshi is holding it back, I need to get a tapered header and link pipe system made for it and I reckon it will be over 135 then .

Slightly different is the 750 watercooled slingy, I have a JE 907 kit and TMR 40s to put together , that should be in the region of 135-140 if I can get an exhaust that will let it breathe.

Too many projects and not enough time :(

  7. :( sorry guys there is just no way I can make the show this weekend.

I have run into problem with not being able to tax my van until Monday, GRRRRRR, due to the dealer I bought it from never transferring it at DVLA.

With taking over Cobra Performance Hoses last weekend we still have to set up a website and e bay shop to get this venture fully functioning and we cant afford to hang around on it due to the amount of capital investment we have sunk into it .

I will try and pop over for a couple of hours just to say hello

  8. I was looking at 1/2-4/3.... basically to give a rumble quite like a Yank v8 without the 8 pots.

You only need to cut and weld cams to do that you are just changing 2 & 3 in the firing order
