  1. Mine(1100k) didn't need rejetting,it ran quite rich stock.It was spot-on with Harpoon cans/link pipes on the stock 4-2-2 header. Was also spot on with the gsxr1000k2 ti headers,1000k5 link pipe and micron can and  the 750l micron 4-1 system i now have fitted.
    The only time i needed to upjet,was with the V&H pro-pipe.I had to goto 140 mains with that system.

  2. Teapots 88-96 have a top mount torque arm.

    These are the ones i know interchange with slingshots(On my 1100k,I have an sv650 caliper on a slabby hanger,so i can use the smaller srad 220mm disc)
    Teapot6/750 97 onwards,Bandit6/750/1200,hayabusa,slabby 750/1100,sv650,tl1000s/r,srad6/750,gsxr1000k1-4,gsxr750y-k3,gsxr600k1-k3,gsx1400,gsxr400(88-99),gs1200ss,gsx750w/inazuma 750 and Inazuma 1200. :)

  3. The 89-92 1100k-n were just restricted through the stock end cans(west German and french models are electrical and mechanical),with different countries having different size can outlets. The usa was the most restricted and the Italian models the least restricted.
    The UK model zzr11(carb tops),fzr1000(veins on the inlet rubbers) and gsxr1100(the cans) were on a voluntary 125bhp at the time(the cbr1000 didn't make enough power,so didn't need restricting). If Martin Bangemann(remember him)had his way,then he would have had a europe 100bhp limit :)

  4. If you are using an 1100 motor in the 1100 frame then some 750 pipes will be too short and foul the sump.

    Only the short stroke headers. I have just fitted a micron 4-2-1 system from a long stroke 750 onto Sonny's 1100G( I also have a 750L micron 4-1 system on my 1100k) :)

  5. 745mm and  90-95 gsxr750l-ws are the same dimensions(offet,etc),but the 750l/m use different design top yoke and clip-ons to the 750wn-ws. And the usa/some parts of europe 92-96 gsxr600wn-wt used the same forks/yokes as the 750wn/wp.
    You can also use 1100 usd yokes(same offset,etc),but they will need to be shimmed down from the 52/56mm to 50/54mm(it's easy to do and totally safe)

    Btw 91 is the 750m,only the USA got a 750n(because they didn't get the 85 750f)as well as a 750wn. The rest of the world only got 750wn.

  6. So are you sure the MK1 1200 airbox rubbers will fit Cos When asking for replacement K&N's MK1 1200 Bandit is 58 round. Also MK1 carbs appear on Fleabay as both round and oval..... Actually I am going to message some of the ones on Fleabay and see if any are oval. Silicone hose not an option. Thanks anyway

    The Mk1 b12 are bst36ss(same as the 11k/l,gsx1100g,89-96 teapot750,750j/k and triumph trophy/daytona 1200's),these are an oval inlet.The only major difference is that the b12 bst36's have the tps on the side.

    The Mk2 b12 uses bsr36ss cv's,these have the round inlet :)

  7. Yep,use the 88/89 gsxr750j/k, 88-96 gsx600/750f or 89-92 gsxr1100k-n sumps,these use 4-2-2 systems,so are the flattest. I have a 750L 4-1 Micron system on my 1100k.
    And as above,the 1052 sumps also work(oil cooler fittings sit in the same place as all the ones i listed). My brothers 1100g has a micron 4-2-1 system from a 750 :)
