  1. Here is the Harris style on a GS1000
  2. Cheers, the used GSXR1000 link pipe just didn't work, had to make a new one, reused the can, titanium welds nice, down pipes and collector polished stainless, lesson for future, make new as I had used stainless GSXR down pipes, wasted time and tube trying to make them fit, made new ones, job done Dave
  3. The customer wanted the can a bit more parallel with the bike, new link pipe made, sorted now
  4. I was asked to fix the bodge on the footrest hangers, the owner asked another firm to attach the footrests, can't believe they drilled the fame and very poorly mig welded some steel plated M8 nuts in the holes, what a mess, also they were 4mm too close together, got them back to 78mm centres as the owner wanted to use 10mm bolts Then made new down pipes and a flat collector, mated to a used Racefit link pipe and can, as you can see the Kat has a GSXR1127 motor in it, another one off Cheers Dave
  5. It was £600 inc vat, a fair bit more work than a Harris 4 into 1 which are £540 customer was very happy
  6. Cheers, no me neither, just making what the owner wanted, or fairly close
