same wheel size if I remember from my old 850GL and 1000L... so it might fit, fork looks the same on the pictures..

Hey Guys
I stuffed a GSX750F engine in my popup katana, and because the GSXF has a cable clutch, and I want a fluid clutch I bolted one on from a GSXR1100
And I was wondering if anyone knows the length of the push rod I need, I don't think I have the right one at the moment because the cover won't fit.. -
I would keep the twin shocks
I have an usd fork in my kat 1100, and the rear swinger of a GSX Inazuma with twin shocks, looks modern and oldskool

Ah yes, CMSNL, there you can order the original Suzuki decals.
Allways better if you ask me, I once bought a decalset for my popup katana, and none of the decals were the correct size..
Come to think of it, I also need popup decals, also want it back in original colours pearly white and gold- 1

Even a little popup kat! How cool is that

Did it too once, removed clutch, pulled out shaft, replace seal and put it all back together

Having the plan of painting yours too Peter?
Yes Bert, I have an aircooled kat 7/11 in the livingroom at the moment and I want the silver/red colour combination.
Might ask someone at work to paint it for me this summer.
What are your plans?

Would like to know that too ..

Watercooled 750?.. don't know.
In my opinion you can make everything fit, but I don't think a watercooled 750 is an easy fit -
Oil cooled 750F is not hard to find in Holland, and also has a dothead like the 750R

You can use K&N filterpods, number RC-0984
-
32mm Mikuni carburators
I had a stage 3 dyno on it with 4 individual K&N filterpods.
It runs pretty good with that
-
now this gives me an idea for my own livingroom
-
I would wonder why it is in bits, something wrong with it?

nice job,

Oil cooled engine will fit for sure, working on the same modification myself.

that little piece of rubber is indeed to reduce the noise, but it is not something critical
I rebuild the clutch on my 1100ES engine a few months back, and also replaced that little piece of rubber.Don't know about that clutch plate tolerance, did your clutch rattle and slipped while driving?

very nice collection indeed! liking the skoal bandit

I think you need to modify the frame seriously to fit a 190 tyre and get the chain alignement correct.
