Get the steel plates level grinded and use the original fibres. Even the new unused oem steels have a small bumps, from 0.01 to 0.05mm.
Grinding them down makes the clutch working a much better = more even pressure and bigger contact surface.
I had some issues with clutch drag and slight slipping on cold engine. After one machine shop level grinded my clutch steel plates no clutch drag & slipping anymore.

It´s bandit block without liners. It´s about as high as 1360 EFE block.
I´m building 1360cc EFE engine. Bandit 1200 liners and busa pistons & some other "sport" pats to get good torque engine for street use.

Oil cooled GSXR 1127 rockers works well on 1100 GSX engines.

Thanks for the pics @Spike !
I have heard that Bandit 1200 down pipes are about 25mm closer to the oil pan, but never seen any fitted to EFE.

Does the Bandit 1200 headers fit to GSX 100 EFE?
I know the flanges needs to modify but how far they hang under EFE oil pan?

I have stock EFE cams dialled 110 In / 111 Ex in my Supercharged 1327 EFE and there is 21 pins between the marks.
If your intake valve lift is 7 mm and exhaust 6,5 mm, then you have B cams. If intake lift is 8 mm and exhaust 7,5 mm, then you have A cams.

I have GSF 600 oil cooler in my supercharger 1327 EFE. It´s slightly too small when riding in city traffic. I´m going swap it to GSX 600 F cooler which is about 2 x bigger than GSF 600 cooler. It´s wide but so is EFE engine. When using oil cooler it would be good to have oil thermostat in the system.
