I changed my devil exhaust system to a standard one on my 1100. When replacing the exhaust gaskets I found disks behind the gaskets that restricted the port size. Any reason? Do I bin them? I have never come across this in my life.

I am trying to find cm hg level for tgis engine but having no luck. Is there a standard are do I just balance them all as long as they are in sinc?

Would the jets performance be altered with a chunk out of the screw slit?

Marking on the original ones are AB and size 127.5

they are bandit carbs

I got new jets for my carbs. Does it matter that the jet heads are different sizes? Or gave they sent me the wrong ones ? I feel as if this might be a numpty question.

If you are setting float heights will you do it for slab side engine or the bandit carbs? Unless float heights are the same then this question is irrelevant.
