Brake switches not working

I wired up the tail light today and all seemed ok but a few loose cables touched together and made the flasher relay make some crazy noises and now the brake switches aren't working. I wanted to ask if there is a fuse for this or do they run through the flasher relay which might of got damaged when those wires touched together?

I'd say fuse, as the rear light/brake are separate from the flasher.

Thanks mate I'll check them out when I get some more shed time lol, trouble with electrics can be quite time consuming.
