Jpich85 Posted November 11, 2018 Share Posted November 11, 2018 I've just got to the part of the build where I pulled out the wiring loom and wondered where everything went before I stripped it all down lol, I did label everything and I think I've got it all in position and connected up, I just can't find or see any headlight relay tho and I'm worried I might of sold it with all the fairings maybe? Can anyone tell me where the original headlight relay is situated on a gsxr 750 1990 please? And if you can what it looks like? All I have is a bunch of wires labeled headlight but no relay connected to it. Quote Link to comment

There is a relay hanging in the top fairing but it's the turn signal relay (arrowed in the pic). '88 - '89 models have headlight relays, also hanging in the side of the top fairing.
