03 Gsx 750 f rear shock

Hi all I'm looking at what the wee bike will need over the winter.  One of the things will be a new shock.  The original one is still there but even adjusted it is just flat and wallow, wven worse two up,  I also have side movement in my swing arm but that is a bearing change, sooo...... I am looking at a new shock for a start.

Three choices:  Hagon? Or has anyone used any other  type. ) repair the standard one ) or any other shock from another model fit?

Repaired the one from my wp years ago but from what i can remember It still felt crap.

Just lookin for ideas to ponder because to be honest its been a while since I purchased/changed one.
