Noticed this on my carbs?

I noticed this once I got the bike home and thought it didn't look right, there completely different to my wn carbs so was hoping if someone could tell me if there damaged or can be fixed?

There's a plastic thing underneath that isn't connected to anything, looks like something may have broke off

that's the pipe for the powerjet circuit. The plastic thing on the bottom should be connected with the bent pipe at the top with some rubber pipe. 

But since the powerjet is not activated on UK models, if you unscrew the float bowl you will find a "zero" jet in there, blanking off the top pipe will have the same result as installing a new float bowl (plastic bit not available separately). If the top pipe is not blanked off it is a massive air leak so be sure it is.

Thanks for getting back to me @Captain Chaos, that's not good then, I only noticed it once I got it back, do you know where the best place it too buy a replacement float bowl from?

Can you activate the power jet? Is it a mod worth doing?

IMO the powerjet system is a lot of headfuck for little to no gain in real life.

On my bike the plastic elbow on one of the carbs is also broken, I have just plugged the rubber pipe and it rides exactly the same as before.
