Get a ring spanner on the crank trigger to stop it moving, then turn inner bolt. Try an allen key first to see if the bolt will budge. I find using an allen impact bit with an air gun set on the lowest setting (gentle vibration) will shift the bolt.  More than likely the allen bolt is already rounded. If so carefully hammer a suitable torx impact bit in to the bolt and do the same  step with air gun. Just take your time, last thing you need is the head of the bolt shearing off. ;)
