1100M swinging Arm washers (thrust)

Hi, can any advise me on the the 2 swinging arm thrust washers Suzuki list as part numbers 08211-20381 and 08211-20382.

The first one is listed as 1mm thick, the second is 1.5mm thick, but the parts diagram i have both shows them as number '7' on the picture with no indication which side either one should be fitted to?

So as sat on the bike does any one know which side the 1.5mm washer needs to go? When i dropped my swinging arm out it only had one washer which i didn't notice until it dropped on the floor and i didn't see which side it came from. I have just had my frame / swinging are painted and want to sling it back together asap but need to know which side these fit, any help much appreciated.
