gs to gsx 1100 e , electex world race alternator

hi im new to site .hi every one .im running a gsx1100 et engined gs for track use, only problem is the alt side is decking heavy on left handers , i see electrex world do a gs unit thats got small internal rotor leaving loads of room to modify cover for more ground clearance .does any one know if this fits gsx crank ,its the only kit that can retain starter gears . if not will have to go to total loss system . any help welcome .
